Return Policy
If for any reason you are less than satisfied with your unused Quiver.love storage pouch or other product, we will happily accept a return for refund or exchange.
Please contact us at contact@quiver.love (or use our contact form) with your order number and full name to discuss.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of the item regardless of when you took the item out of its' packaging.
- We accept un-used, un-washed products still in NEW condition.
- Once item is returned and received, it will be inspected for use and refund will be issued.
- We do not charge a re-stocking fee.
